MAGES Studio is a Singapore-based creative technology company specializing in games, XR, and applied learning experiences. Their latest initiative, Project Oopsy Dazey is a mobile-first, gamified simulation platform designed to bridge the emergency response readiness gap. Moving beyond traditional first-aid training, it uses dynamic, high-pressure scenarios to build the psychological resilience and decision-making skills needed during real crises. The platform also functions as a behavioral assessment tool, identifying individuals with strong situational awareness and crisis-management potential, and connecting them to advanced training, volunteer opportunities, and career pathways across healthcare, emergency response, and national resilience sectors.
SerI.IO
Serl.io is the developer of MRx, a no-code platform for creating and deploying AI-enhanced mixed reality experiences. Designed to be simple, versatile, and powerful, MRx is enabling educators worldwide to create immersive, interactive and collaborative learning environments that improve engagement, training effectiveness, and learning outcomes. With support from the innovSpur program, Serl.io is expanding MRx's AI capabilities to power richer user-created mixed reality experiences and simulations. This major platform enhancement will enable more immersive learning, deeper engagement, and more effective skills development across education and training contexts.

Designed for measurable outcomes across all learners, it has served over 300,000 users and is recognised by GESAward 2024 and 2025, as well as InnovSpur by Institute of Adult Learning, driving effective learning, stronger capability development, and impactful learning.
ATLAS is HeyHi's Personalised Adaptive Learning System for corporate learning that converts internal knowledge into structured, adaptive learning journeys. With competency-based assessment, real-time analytics, and a 24/7 AI Learning Buddy, it enables targeted upskilling, continuous learning, and measurable workforce performance.
Nudgyt is a fullstack behavioral intelligence platform that helps learners translate knowledge into action, and to surface tacit and experiential knowledge across various applications at scale.
Nudgyt's full suite of products include:
- Simulate: enables learners to practice simulations of real world scenarios to build confidence
- Sidekick: a smart notetaker that helps learners apply what they've learned to real world situations
Through the Innovspur grant, Nudgyt is working to develop two new products:
- Coach: enables learners to bridge the gap between knowing and doing through a coaching experience driven by experiential knowledge
- Facilitator: connects learners with potential collaborators and mentors to translate their learning experiences into real world partnerships

Founded in Singapore, Skills Union delivers workforce strategy, industry-aligned training, and purpose-built technology to help institutions drive measurable career outcomes at scale. We have trained thousands of adult learners across technology roles with partners including NTU, Tamkeen and BCG Rise.
The innovSpur grant funds Skills U, an integrated workforce platform combining skills intelligence, personalised learning, coaching, mentoring, and job matching. With two live adopters and a growing institutional pipeline, Skills U represents our commitment to closing the skills gap through technology built around real employment outcomes.
