At the Centre for Workplace and Learning Innovation, we believe innovation is key to unlocking the full potential of adult and workplace learning. By working closely with businesses and stakeholders, we design and implement customised solutions that build employee skills, improve performance, and support long-term personal and organisational growth. From on-the-job training systems to technology-enabled learning, structured mentorship and workplace learning diagnostics, our consultancy projects are practical, hands-on, and tailored to each organisation’s needs.
inlab: Powering Bold Ideas in Adult Learning
inlab, our innovation laboratory, is where bold ideas of adult learning come to life. We support educators, training providers, enterprises, and learntech innovators through grants, incubators, and sandboxes that encourage experimentation and real-world application. Whether you're developing a new learning tool or rethinking how adults learn, our innovation programmes provide the support and resources to help you test, refine, and scale your ideas. CWLI serves as the nexus of the learning and development ecosystem, connecting the Training and Adult Education community with industry and solutionists on knowledge, ideas, resources, and networks.
