Available Learning Innovation Initiatives

Our innovation initiatives support the development and testing of new approaches in adult learning across the Training and Adult Education (TAE) sector. Each initiative is competitive and independently assessed, providing targeted support for ideation, incubation, or prototyping activities.

Ideation Award (S$5,000)

Got a bold idea about how adults learn and work? This initiative invites innovators, practitioners and organisations to surface fresh thinking, challenge assumptions, and frame meaningful problems and opportunities worth pursuing in the Training and Adult Education (TAE) sector.

Incubation Award (S$50,000)

For teams ready to rigorously develop a promising learning innovation. Ground your design in learning sciences and user needs, test your assumptions, and build a clear path from concept to implementation.

Prototyping Grant (Up to S$150,000)

For organisations, including LearnTech providers, ready to bring tested learning designs to life. Build and test working prototypes in real-world contexts, generating evidence on what works, what doesn't, and what's ready to scale.
