The innovation makerspace is a space to tinker at two levels; tinkering with who and  when – bringing diverse stakeholders together earlier to co-create challenge framings rather than responding to pre-defined briefs. This collective sense-making allows patterns of shared needs to emerge.

We are also tinkering with the how – experimenting and exploring different thinking / discursive tools rather than adopting a one-size-fits-all approach engagement approach.

The aim is to build relational infrastructure: connections between stakeholders who might eventually co-develop, co-invest and co-solutioning together.

Past Makerspace 

The first Innovation Makerspace of 2026 featured a Futures Thinking workshop, bringing together workplace consultants to co-imagine the future of workplace learning and performance in Singapore.
