Elice APAC

Elice is a leading AI solution company serving education, AI infrastructure, and cloud services. Across Asia, Elice partners with governments, universities, and enterprises to build scalable digital learning ecosystems. In Singapore, Elice collaborates with organisations including MINDEF, MOE, SSG and SUTD through customised AI solutions, a cloud-based Learning Experience Platform, and AI training programmes.

Under InnovSpur, Elice is developing Creator AI - an end-to-end assistant enabling training providers to rapidly design, generate, and deploy high-quality learning content. Creator AI supports the full instructional design workflow, generating industry-grade, workforce-aligned projects that empower educators to deliver meaningful hands-on learning at scale.

HeyHi

HeyHi empowers enterprises and educational institutions to scale personalised learning by transforming static materials into engaging nano-learning experiences powered by AI. Designed for measurable outcomes across all learners, it has served over 300,000 users and is recognised by GESAward 2024 and 2025, as well as InnovSpur by Institute of Adult Learning, driving effective learning, stronger capability development, and impactful learning.

ATLAS is HeyHi's Personalised Adaptive Learning System for corporate learning that converts internal knowledge into structured, adaptive learning journeys. With competency-based assessment, real-time analytics, and a 24/7 AI Learning Buddy, it enables targeted upskilling, continuous learning, and measurable workforce performance.

Nudgyt

Nudgyt is a fullstack behavioral intelligence platform that helps learners translate knowledge into action, and to surface tacit and experiential knowledge across various applications at scale.

Nudgyt's full suite of products include:

• Simulate: enables learners to practice simulations of real world scenarios to build confidence
• Sidekick: a smart notetaker that helps learners apply what they've learned to real world situations 

Through the Innovspur grant, Nudgyt is working to develop two new products: 

• Coach: enables learners to bridge the gap between knowing and doing through a coaching experience driven by experiential knowledge
• Facilitator: connects learners with potential collaborators and mentors to translate their learning experiences into real world partnerships

Skills Union

Founded in Singapore, Skills Union delivers workforce strategy, industry-aligned training, and purpose-built technology to help institutions drive measurable career outcomes at scale. We have trained thousands of adult learners across technology roles with partners including NTU, Tamkeen and BCG Rise.

The innovSpur grant funds Skills U, an integrated workforce platform combining skills intelligence, personalised learning, coaching, mentoring, and job matching. With two live adopters and a growing institutional pipeline, Skills U represents our commitment to closing the skills gap through technology built around real employment outcomes.

Playware Studios

Playware's platform facilitates learning through play with immersive tech. Explore Playcraftor for no-code 3D training, PublishAR for interactive AR content creation, and 3DHive for secure, scalable virtual environments. Enhance learning with engaging, game-based, and metaverse solutions. 

Blue Elephant Studios

Blue Elephant Solutions specialises in AI-enabled Learning & Knowledge Management, offering innovative solutions like Knowledge Gym, AI Knowledge Assistant, and AI Conversation Coach. Their platforms enhance learning efficiency through AI-driven hyper-personalisation, gamification, and mobile accessibility. 

EEO (ClassIn)

ClassIn, developed by Empower Education Online (EEO) for eight years, is an integrated teaching platform encompassing online live classrooms, offline smart classrooms, an LMS learning management system, and a PLE personal learning environment.
